WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. If you are experiencing any issues with tracking your order, please send an email to sales@recoveryreminders.com. 

 

I'M HAVING ISSUES WITH MY ORDER...

You will be notified through email when your order has shipped + you will be given a tracking number for your order! If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us at sales@recoveryreminders.com. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive shopping experience! 

 

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BRACELET. HELP!

No problem! Send an email to sales@recoveryreminders.com and we will send you steps to exchanging your bracelet for the correct size. Please note, you must do this within 15 days of your purchase to receive a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred if you decide to return/exchange. 

 

I CAN'T ENTER PRODUCTS INTO MY CART ... HELP!

This could be as simple as refreshing your browser and starting from scratch! If the problem persists, contact us at sales@recoveryreminders.com  to troubleshoot.

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BRACELET?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store in a cloth bag (provided) or in a cool, dry place. Please remove your jewelry before contacting with water or any chemical products. You may clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.

 

ARE THE BRACELETS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

We do not recommend our products for children under the age of 8 as they can be a choking hazard.

 

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN ONE ORDER?

If you’d like to ship your packages to multiple locations as gifts, please kindly complete separate transactions.

 

DO YOU DONATE TO ANY NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?

YES! We donate 15% of profits to NEDA (the National Eating Disorder Association) or another notable organization with a similar mission.
